Support Ticket
When a user submits a ticket, they provide details about their problem and it is assigned a unique identification number. The support team then uses this number to track the progress of the issue and communicate with the user. The ticket system keeps a record of the user's issue and the actions taken to resolve it.
ChatBot
The chatbot integrated into the website poses basic questions to the user and then connects them with the support team. The main advantage of this communication method over the traditional ticket system is that the user can have a live conversation with the support team, rather than just submitting a request and awaiting a response.
